Planning permission was originally granted by Cork county council on the land in 2004 (planning reference 993556 for the development of 29 dwelling houses on the land. This planning has since expired. To date 17 of these have been constructed and the remainder of the land is what is now being sold.

Location

The site is located in the village of Rostellan in East Cork.
